Remedial Massage is a specialised therapeutic approach that targets specific areas of muscle pain and dysfunction.
In our customised treatments we’ll assess and then treat your musculoskeletal issues and their underlying causes to relieve pain, restore function, and promote healing.
General maintenance is recommended at least every 6 weeks for optimal function and alignment.

Our Dry Needling therapy is sometimes recommended and offered as part of your Remedial Massage service to further target problem areas.
While the name of the procedure may sound intimidating, dry needling is a commonly offered therapy for treating muscle, ligament or tendon pain.
Dry needles are applied to an affected muscle or trigger point in order to stimulate this area, causing them to contract/twitch and release. This decreases muscle tightness, increase blood flow and reduces pain.

Our Cupping therapy is sometimes recommended and offered as part of your Remedial Massage service to further target problem areas.
Cupping uses suction to draw blood to or away from specific areas of your body, expanding and breaking open tiny blood vessels (capillaries) under your skin.
Your body replenishes the cupped areas with healthier blood flow, promoting healing at a cellular level to reduce pain and inflammation.

Our Hot and/or Cold Stone therapies are sometimes recommended and offered as part of your Remedial Massage service to offer a more comprehensive treatment.
Hot stones are placed on the body to warm muscles, increase blood flow, and relieve muscle tension - while Cold stones, are used for reducing inflammation, alleviating pain associated with injuries, and soothing headaches or migraines.

Our specialised equine massage and dry needling therapies are used on your horse to treat muscle, ligament or tendon stiffness and pain, and to help them to move better.
We can travel to you.

It is a Japanese form of energy healing used to help clear energy blockages in the body and to stimulate the body's natural healing abilities.
